Sue

Sue's sick. She's lost 2 of her previous 9 pounds, which isn't good. And her appetite is beginning to wane, which also isn't good. I'm waiting to hear back from her vet about blood tests. He thinks she might have hyperthyroidism. I hope Sue will be all right. But she is about 17 1/2, so I guess it could be getting to that time.

The timing of Sue's sickness is so bad, just as Gomer's was a couple of years ago. I have to go out of town next weekend. Oh, I hope she'll get better before then...I hate to have to board her for a week and a half. But if she's still sick, I'd be scared to leave her alone.
